Accessibility
Last updated: 30 September 2026
Rapunzel Naturkost GmbH & Co. KG wants everyone to be able to use its ticket shop. This statement describes how accessible the shop is, under the German Accessibility Reinforcement Act (BFSG).
Conformance status
The shop largely conforms to EN 301 549 and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA, except for the limitations listed below.
How the shop is built
- Every function, from the menu to the checkout, works with the keyboard and shows a visible focus. A link at the top of each page skips straight to the content.
- Headings, regions, form fields and buttons are marked up so that screen readers announce them. Every page declares its language.
- Text and controls meet the level AA contrast requirements. Design colours that did not were darkened within the same hue.
- The shop can be enlarged to 400 percent and used on a smartphone without scrolling sideways.
- Every new version of the shop is checked automatically against WCAG 2.2 AA before it is published.
Known limitations
- Event descriptions are available in German only so far, so the English pages show them in German.
- Event photos are not read out. They are decorative, and everything that matters is written next to them.
- Payment takes place on our payment provider's page. The provider is responsible for its accessibility.
